Our History

BAIS 2 was founded in 2006 as a local web design and development company. Its two founders ran the company part time while in college to help cover expenses and course costs. As the years past, the company’s focus evolved and narrowed around the passions of its owners- Medical and & Information Technology. Shortly after graduation, BAIS2 was taken full time as a Medical IT Consulting Company. The company began developing Information Systems that were specific to the medical arena, and began working closely with clients to develop systems that improved office efficiency and better fit their day to day routines. Utilizing the knowledge from their first few initial clients, the founders of BAIS2 began laying out the core guidelines for how medical it consulting would, and should be done:

  • IT support should be catered to the schedule and needs of our practices and should not interfere with their daily activities
  • Support should be guaranteed 24/7 with same or next day support
  • Preventative measures should always be taken. We should strive to prevent problems before they arise, not wait until they occur
  • HIPAA/HITECH compliance for Information Technology should be guaranteed by us
  • All systems should be designed and developed in a cost effective manner, and hardware costs should never be marked up
  • Systems should be inherently efficient- centralizing updates, streamlining support, and ensuring redundancy.

In early 2010 BAIS2 expanded beyond Medical IT Consulting, adding Medical Marketing. We strive to integrate the two into one coherent system and flows and works together to improve office efficiency, increase patient base, and gives our practices a strong corporate image with a strong IT infrastructure to power it. Our marketing team provides both print and e-marketing, as well as corporate image development. As we move forward, the principles our company was founded on carry us and empower us towards our goals and ambitions of a unified system of IT and Marketing.
